Please read these Terms carefully before using the huat888 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
You must be aged 21 or above and not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited. One account per person — strictly enforced.
All transactions are processed in MYR. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Payment method used for deposit must match withdrawal method where applicable.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are non-withdrawable until rollover conditions are fully met.
Fraud, collusion, multi-accounting, and exploitation of software errors are grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

If underage gaming is confirmed, any balance in the Account shall be forfeited and the Account permanently closed.
3.1 Each Player is permitted to maintain a maximum of one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, current, and complete. You must notify huat888 promptly of any changes to your registered information.
3.3 You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. huat888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify huat888 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
3.4 huat888 employees and contractors are not permitted to hold Player Accounts. Any Account found to be held by a current or former huat888 employee shall be closed and any balance forfeited.
All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). huat888 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank, subject to minimum and maximum deposit limits as displayed within the cashier section of your Account. Minimum deposit is RM 30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. huat888 does not accept cash deposits or third-party deposits.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Verified Accounts may submit withdrawal requests at any time subject to the applicable minimum withdrawal amount. The payment method used for a withdrawal must, wherever technically possible, correspond to the method used for the most recent deposit. huat888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal request where we have reason to believe that the requested withdrawal is connected to fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.
huat888 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours. Actual timing depends on the payment method selected and the Player's banking institution. huat888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
All Account Wallets are denominated in MYR. huat888 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time and reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
5.1 huat888 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers to eligible Players. The specific terms governing each promotion — including eligibility, minimum deposit, Wagering Requirement, contribution rates, and expiry — are published in the relevant promotion description and form part of these Terms by incorporation.
5.2 Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings are available for withdrawal. Bonus Funds themselves are non-withdrawable.
5.3 huat888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, and to refuse or reverse any bonus credit where it determines that eligibility conditions have not been met.
5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploitation of promotional terms, the use of automated betting systems to meet wagering requirements, or coordinated play designed to extract bonus value — constitutes prohibited conduct and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
5.5 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
6.1 All games available on the huat888 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules prior to wagering.
6.2 In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed game outcome and the outcome recorded in huat888's server logs, the server log shall be the authoritative record.
6.3 huat888 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, bets placed on markets that were inadvertently opened, or bets placed after an event has commenced where huat888's systems failed to correctly identify the event start time.
6.4 Bets placed from an Account in which the balance at the time of placement was inflated as a result of a technical error, processing failure, or erroneous credit shall be voided and any associated winnings shall not be payable.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the huat888 Platform:
huat888 may permanently suspend any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, and shall not be required to refund any deposited funds or pay any outstanding winnings in such circumstances.
8.1 All content on the huat888 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphic design, software, game content, and written materials, is the property of huat888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.
huat888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described therein. huat888 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, huat888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
10.2 huat888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
10.3 huat888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.1 huat888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All gaming on the Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. We strongly encourage Players to set personal limits on their gaming activity and to seek assistance if gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal harm.

12.2 Where an Account is suspended for investigation purposes, any withdrawal requests initiated within the 72 hours prior to suspension may be placed on hold pending completion of the investigation.
12.3 Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting Live Chat support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any Bonus Funds remaining in the Account at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks under which huat888 operates.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform should first be submitted to huat888's customer support team for internal resolution. huat888 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
13.3 Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal processes, Players may refer the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body designated by huat888's licensing authority.
huat888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, huat888 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
